Privacy policy
Effective September 13, 2026
The short version: we collect what you type into our contact form so we can reply to you. We don't sell it or share it with advertisers, and we'll delete it if you ask.
Who we are
BackShop Pros, LLC is a Colorado limited liability company ("BackShop Pros", "we", "us"). This policy covers the website at backshoppros.com. Questions about it go to info@backshoppros.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter:
- your name and work email
- your company name and roughly how many people work there
- your message
- the date and time you sent it, and which page you sent it from
When you run the five-minute check, we collect your email address, your business name if you give one, and the answers you pick, so we can send you your result and follow up.
When you email us, we receive whatever you include in the message.
When you visit the site, the companies that host it and serve its fonts receive basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so they can deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use that information to identify you.
We may use website analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. If we ever use cookies for that, we'll say so on this page.
How we use it
- to reply to you and follow up on what you asked about
- to keep a record of the enquiries we receive
- to send you occasional updates about our services, with an unsubscribe link in every one
- to understand how people use the website, so we can improve it
- to keep the website working and secure
We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't share it with other companies for their own advertising.
Who handles it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run the site and our email:
- Google Workspace: form submissions are saved to a Google Sheet and delivered to our company email.
- Cloudflare: hosts the website and handles traffic to it.
- Google Fonts: your browser downloads the site's fonts from Google, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
These providers handle data under their own terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as they're useful for following up and for our ordinary business records. If you ask us to delete yours, we will.
Your choices
Email info@backshoppros.com to ask what information we have about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll respond within 30 days.
Do Not Track
We don't track visitors across other websites, so a browser "Do Not Track" signal doesn't change how this site behaves.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Security
Enquiries are stored in our company Google Workspace account, and access is limited to BackShop Pros. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you send us.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the effective date at the top.
